Yes! In fact, most people don't realise that they are already naturally experiencing theta twice a day, at the moment right before falling off to sleep and again in the first groggy moments upon waking up. It is my job to guide you back into a deep state of relaxation and keep you in the theta for the duration of our session. So if you can relax enough to fall asleep at night 😴 you can be hypnotised.

It is very similar to waking up from a dream, you remember some of it clearly whilst other bits are a blur. This is why it is so important to listen back to your recording, to give yourself the chance to recall your session in full as you hear yourself describing the scene and situations within your regression, you will re-live and remember the smallest of details from your experience.

Qhht is very safe, as at no point of the session is the client not in complete control. Even while under, the client cannot be made to do anything that they do not want to do. If the client at any point experiences anything that they are uncomfortable with, they can instantly become aware and stand up and walk away. We have all seen hypnotised people on telly clucking like chickens and munching into onions, explaining what a delicious apple it is.. i can assure you that Qhht is not that type of hypnosis.

One session is all it takes to get to the bottom of most issues and provide the healing needed. Any sessions after that are usually done out of curiosity.. once you have seen behind the veil to the amazing things that are on the otherside, it is hard to not want another session to see where your next journey will take you.
